How To Download

Here are simple instructions to get this on itunes. Our podcast has been accepting but it may take a few hours before it is there.

1. Click the orange button and copy theurl at the top of the page.
2. Click on advanced (at the top of itunes) and then subscribe to podcast.
3. Paste in the url.
